I have spent the past two decades working across enterprise software, telecommunications, and digital marketplaces in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
Most of my career sits at the front end of large-scale transformation: working with executive and technical teams on pre-sales, solution design, and re-engineering how complex organisations operate. Today, that work focuses on redesigning core enterprise workflows with AI and building agentic systems that sit inside everyday operations.
